The Theft Of Time

Procrastination is the theft of time and should be avoided at all cost. Why? Because time is essential and should be well spent.

I believe everyone has procrastinated before including me and so this article would definitely be of some help to you to help reduce your procrastinating addict for important tasks.

I can‘t solve it but will try to reduce it as much as possible. The reason why I say this is because there are different types of procrastination which depends on certain situations.Right, so lets get started.

Personally, I feel that we need to ask ourselves a few questions before we decide to postpone that task or laze around on our couch .

What will I get by postponing the task compared to doing it right now?

Am I able complete this task by today or at least achieve a reasonable amount of work if I just settle myself down and focus now?

How long do I need to finish this project/assignment ?Does it take long?(because if it’s a short period of time to get it done, why leave it for later!!?)

What will I experience if I’m left with one hour left to hand up this project?

Should I enjoy now and suffer later or otherwise?

Am I making my life difficult to live?

So if you able to answer questions smartly and taking action to what you think is right, I suppose you should be doing it right or at least reducing your procrastination by a little. Remember every baby step that you take to improve yourself deserve some praise.

So don’t think you’re doing too little , so long you’re taking action in reducing your procrastination and progressing well to get the important things done, its great!

As I said earlier in the first part of this post, there are different types of procrastination. What I meant was that there is good and bad procrastinating. Good procrastinating is when you are sort of like leaving the less important things later to do and doing the more urgent tasks.
